Shutterfly. Something for Everyone.
I have used Shutterfly.com for all of our picture needs since Audrey was born. I LOVE IT!!! They have great prices, speedy service and the photos are of a very good quality. They also have TONS of fun photo projects to play with, ways to share photo albums (which is really great because I am always forgetting to pass along pics to our moms and everyone else really) You can make tons of gifts also, from books to all kinds of stationery, including thank-you cards. (My friend Nikki sends personalized Thank-yous for her daughter's bdays...and they are so fun to receive!) Shutterfly also constantly has specials and free shipping, so it's well worth checking out regularly.
I made an "Audrey's Story" book chronicling the day we found out we were expecting to the day she was born. Almost like the blog in print. :) It's a hard cover photo book. It turned out amazing and will be such a great keepsake. I am hoping to do one for each year, although I have a hard time narrowing down the pictures. :-? It is so fun to play with though...so, it will be worth trying.
I was already planning on making our holiday card with Shutterfly. See all the options here. Again, it's so easy and fun to make and they have SO MANY pretty cards to choose from. I would share my favorite...but, it might be the one we decide to send, and again, I like to surprise. :)
Thanks to my friend and fellow blogger Kate, I may even have earned some free holiday cards! :) So, thanks Kate! And thanks to Shutterfly!!

I also recently made a One-Year Birthday Invite for our little Cupcake. Also SO fun. And SO many to choose from. There is something for everyone for sure.

Trick or Treat
We had a fun Halloween weekend. Trick-or-treat at Grandma & Grandpa G's with Dan & Ellen and Melissa followed by a most delicious dinner of my favorite - Mom's Spaghetti. : ) And a bonus Pumpkin Ice Cream pie for dessert. Yummy.
The weekend ended with another Trick-or-Treat night but closer to home. Our friends had a fire pit and sloppy joe, pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream and "goblin" eyes to set the scene. Our little busy bee had a blast.

Pumpkin Carving!
Pumpkins!
Wasn't October just beautiful? We got to do lots of fall things and still go the zoo and the park all month.
Over the past month, we hit various pumpkin patches. A quest for a perfect pumpkin? Perhaps. Or just plain fun? And makes for great pictures? Most definitely!
The first one we hit was not quite all it cracked up to be. It was way too hot to be hunting pumpkins and I locked my keys in my trunk which made the afternoon way long. Audrey was distracted in the corn crib and hay maze, so we did ok. And we did find a perfect pumpkin. :)

Lucky for us, we got to go again with Grandma & Grandpa L.
On a much cooler day and much bigger pumpkin patch.
Daddy had to have a turn too a couple of days later. :)
