Sweetest

Is this not about the sweetest face you have ever seen?  I just LOVE her!!!

This is what I call the "Aunt Sheena" face.  Something about her looks more like Jason and his family whenever she does this.  Even Grammy L thought so.

She is loving her little Baby Einstein Jumper too.  Especially that little frog you see behind her.  She will just stare and stare at that thing.  Then spin it around and try to eat it... ;)  The little mirror under it is covered in baby fingerprints and dried slobber.  Actually, come to think of it, pretty much everything, including myself, is covered in baby slobber at some point of the day.  And, we love it.

A Comparison

Audrey has always loved being in her swing.  She's usually very calm in it and it has been a great place to put her to get some cute pictures over the last few months.  She is really filling the thing out lately though and I've been wondering how much longer we will be able to use it.  So, I got to reminiscing on how little she used to be in the swing and thought I would share with all of you the comparison.  These pictures were taken 4 months to the day apart.  WOW!!!  We forget day to day how much she has grown until we go looking back.

4-month check-up

Audrey weighed in at 15lbs 3oz and 25 1/2 inches long this Friday at her 4-month well baby check-up.  That's 80th/85th percentiles...so, she is continuing to grow pretty steadily.  Everything checked out good and we got a go-ahead to start on cereal!  Fun!  I just love those rubber baby spoons!

Easter

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend!  It was just beautiful out...and so fun having Audrey here with us to celebrate Jesus' resurrection.  We had a great weekend at my parents...and even a surprise for us girls on Easter morning (see below)
