Quiet

I love our house. It already feels like home. We think we could stay here forever.
And it is SO quiet!  No sharing walls, no loud neighbors, no super loud AC unit right outside our bedroom, no fountain that never turns off (Although it was lovely, you don't realize how much white noise it actually made until we didn't have it anymore). Sounds of neighborhood kids and lawn mowers. It sounds like home too. The best sounds of home are the pattering of little feet running in circles or being chased by whoever will chase her. Telling stories and asking for "Gabba Gabba" or juice or ice or Mommy-Dada. I am madly in love with my child. And absolutely love bringing her home and am getting so excited to bring #2 home too.
